Last week, Saturday
National day.


Dine out with family, except brother, at Bukit Timah's 'five star chicken rice', again -.-
That day was little special, there's this television in the sop broadcasting national day parade.
Doesn't enthrall me though =X

After early dinner, head off to buy some groceries at bukit timah plaza/shopping centre NTUC, i forgot which, as i was craving for green grapes!
The NTUC there serves very fresh fruits!
They have almost everything! Japanese tibits, instant noodles, magazines of different varieties and they even sells TOYS!
Is not those cheapo toys you see, is LEGO!

Suddenly i reminisce back oen day, when i was still in primary school(?), my sister bought back cornflakes, 'mai ya tang'(i forgot what is it called in english) and butter and start making small bites with it.
It was of course delicious! (That's why i remember it till now :D)
So i told my sister, and we decided to make it!


Bought quite a number of stuffs back, didn't see it coming, as i was merely craving for green grapes only! HAHAS.


Once we reached home, we start work and my sister taught me how it's done.

First, melt the butter.
Then, pour in the 'mai ya tang' or caramel.
Wait for it to boil and then turn off the fire.
Pour in the cornflakes, and mix it evenly with almost every piece of cornflakes dip with the mixture.

Finally, you put into different petite cakecups and wait for it to cool down.

Monday
short break in lieu of National day

Everyone is happily staying at home watching television, sleeping or doing revision, we art students have to go back to school to complete our artwork.

Before, we had our breakfast at Westmall with the usual clique and tricia.


No special occasion, but Debbie insist on taking photos.

Around 430, went back to Westmall to buy bagpack then home (:

Tuesday
Dateline of 'N' level coursework, paper 1.

Straight after school, every art student went rushing ther coursework.
Sketches, sketches and more sketches.
Framed my artwork nearing 6pm, helped the others after mine is done.
Thanks Shirley, Tricia and Ms Ann for the help of framing my final piece!
Only leave school at 630!

Almost knocked out when i reach home, but have revisions to do.
Slept at only 11pm! (Very early for me :D)

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (before 915)
PRELIMS:
- English paper 1 and 2.
- Mother tongue paper 1 and 2.
- Combine humanities - Social Studies.

Friday (after 915)
Had the longest recess break ever!
An hour and half :D
Spent our own sweet time eating, then chit chat till 1040.

Head off for Art class, at Art room.
We, Art students, were all slacking as we finished our coursework, had nothing left to be done, until paper 2 questions is out.

Only till today, we knew that Ms Ann wasn't even our school lower secondary teacher!
All was astounished, so we secretly went down to our school bookstore to get her our school red house pe shirt, our 'traditional' gift for those art teacher which left us since ms farah!
She, herself was astounded by our gift and sweet feelings were aroused!

Took photos with her! (another tradition!)
She's very chummy, i can say!
She have a heart of a teenager when it comes to take photos :D
She requested all the formal and informal poses, cute isn't it?

Ms Ann, she very strict about datelines as this is what working world is too.
She teaches us not only Art, but life.
Had a really long talk only at her last day.
She answered all of us doubts for our future endeavours.
She's another dope art teacher we've met!

Thanks for being with us this 2 weeks (:
you put aside your work and came to assist us.
you overnight to rush for your project for work, just to spend time in the morning till noon for us.
Thanks so much, we are more than grateful!

Went canteen to find Shermain, Boonyun and Debbie.
Went around level 1 to find Niwen and Leonard but to no avail.
As we gave up and was heading to the front gate, they poped up!
So Coincidental.

After school, went lunch at Westmall subway (:
Then back to school for more stalking for someone's present!
